Trouble with an interactive game

I downloaded the matching game created by Przemysław Hubisz. I used "change picture" to update his card images with my own. When I test it in the file that I downloaded it in everything works perfectly.
However, when I try to copy the slide into the storyline file I've been working on something goes wrong. From what I can tell all of the variables and triggers copy without issue. However, the matching game is designed to flip the selected cards back over if you do not get a match. When I open it outside of the downloaded storyline file the cards stay flipped over regardless of whether it is a match or not.
Any thoughts?

Hi Rob,
Rather than copy pasting slide, try importing that slide in to your file. Copy pasting content that has triggers and variables assigned, may misbehave.
Hi, Rob -- I agree with Parashuram; you may want to try importing that slide into your file instead of copy/paste. Also, Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the entire file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
Hi Rob,
There are directions here on how to import files as Parashuram described.
Thanks, it had been awhile since I had tried importing a slide but that worked perfectly.
Glad to hear you are all set now, Rob. :)
Thanks Ashley and Christie, for adding more clarity to my answer.
Sure thing, Parashuram! We appreciate your input and are happy to help. :)
