Trouble with Storyline 360 not saving courses

Hi. I've been having trouble of the last few weeks when I've been saving courses that I'm building.

Today I have received 3 different error messages.

1 Big red X and it says that the project could not be saved. ParentContainerClosed

2 The project file could not be saved. CorruptedData

3. The project file could not be saved. Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: 'StoryPackage'.

I've tried to save the project to my desktop and then import as a Storyline file into a new document but that hasn't worked.

Has anyone got any idea what I need to do?

I'm sorry you've been running into those errors recently! You've taken some good troubleshooting steps, but since they haven't helped, I'd like to have our team reach out and lend you a hand.

I've opened a case on your behalf with a support engineer so expect a reply soon. You're in great hands!

I've had a response from the support desk now so I will ask our IT department to have a look at the troubleshooting link they have sent to me.
