Trouble with Viewing HTML5 Output on Mobile

I've read a couple articles that say you are able to view exported courses HTML5 files on iPhones (https://community.articulate.com/articles/publishing-a-course-for-mobile-devices). However, each time I try to do this it simply does not work. My flashcards course does not appear in any format and just has 'Next' and 'Prev' in the upper right hand corner of my mobile browser (using Safari as the article says). I am using the 'story_html5.html' file.
Has anyone had success with this? Or can point out anything I am doing wrong?
Thanks.

Hi John!
So, sounds like you are viewing in a supported environment as detailed here. This article discusses how Storyline determines what version to display, so you should be able to share the story.html file.
You mention flashcards, and my mind immediately goes to an Engage interaction, and this would not be supported in HTML5. You can see a comparison document of outputs here.
Hi Leslie!
Thanks for the quick response. So I'm not sure exactly what kind of
interaction our flashcards are but when I export to HTML5 it works fine on
a Mac laptop in the browser using the story.html file. Does that mean it
should work on mobile as well?
Yes, sounds like it should John.
Do you have a .story file that I could take a look at?
Leslie,
I've attached the .story file I'm trying to work with. I've also attached
the zip of my entirely published folder if that helps. Please let me know.
Thanks!
Hi John!
Perhaps you are replying via e-mail? If so, that does not allow attachments to come through to the forums.
Please pop in and utilize the 'Add Attachment' option in the reply box.
Sorry about that. Here you go.
Hmm, still not seeing it John. Are you utilizing this button:
Ohhhh I got it now. Sorry about that.
Here is the .story file
Hi John!
Do you experience the same difficulty when you take a look at my published file:

Were you uploading the zipped published output to the intended environment prior to testing and sharing before?
