I can access the SL2 file easily, can publish the course into LMS, but when I try to publish the course to a Word doc I get this message (see screenshot). I have tried copying the course, renaming the SL2 file, relocating SL2 file and changing destination file for the published Word doc - nothing helps...Any suggestions?
Hi there Jen! It sounds like you've already tried quite a bit of troubleshooting on your own, so let's see if we can get you up and running again.
First, you'll want to confirm that you're on the latest update of Storyline 2 and publishing locally. Closing down any other instances of Word or Outlook are also good steps to take.
Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same problem in SL 360. I've submitted a case but received a message it could take 2 days ... I don't have 2 days to wait.

If you keep getting stuck, you may want to try doing a simple repair of Storyline 2 and then contact our Support Engineers if you're still seeing this error message.
