I just had SL 360 installed and I am excited to get building with it. I have found one difficulty that I'm hoping has a simple fix. Every time I try to add images from the Content Library 360 to my media library, the dialogue box opens with the search field and other items on the top of the box offscreen, and I can't drag it down. I have minimized the media library window before clicking on the Content Library option but that hasn't helped. It's a problem because I can't close the dialogue box or really do anything with Storyline until I can close it. I know there is probably a simple solution but I'm not seeing it right now. Suggestions?
Everything else in SL seems to be opening correctly.
Storyline 360 requires a minimum of 1,280 x 800 screen resolution or higher to properly display content. Can I ask if your monitor meets this requirement? If it does, try adjusting the scale property of your monitor to 100% like what Ron suggested to see if this helps. Feel free to open a case with our support team here if you need further assistance!
