True/False Variable: How to enable users to click next after visiting all the tabs and the next button enabled when revisiting the slide?

Hi,

I'm trying to create a slide when users have to click all the tabs on the left before they proceed to the next slide by clicking next button.

Then I have to allow user to click the next button when the slide is revisited.

At the moment I figured out my 2nd issue with True/False variable. But then users can click the next button before the visited all the tabs.  How can I fix this?

Really need a help fast :( thank you
