Hi all. I want a true/false variable to change based on the state of ONE object (e.g. "selected" state is "False", "normal" state is "True"). Is this possible? I don't necessarily need to use a True/False variable, a numeric one would be fine.
An example of what hasn't worked so far is attached. Iv'e been on this for about 3-hours now and still can't crack it, so thanks in advance.

Thank's Matthew, I never knew about the toggle variable! I found this tutorial, which achieves exactly what I wanted!
