I'd like to use sections of a lecture. It was uploaded as Vimeo video. I downloaded as in both MP4 and WMV formats. I want to eidt the AUDIO to use audio sections in Presenter, Engage and Storyline interactions. I tried to open in Video Encoder to edit the original, but it tells me there is problem with the codecs so playback disabled. Anyone have ideas of how I can do this?
