Trying to highlight an area of a photo

I'm trying to highlight the top-portion of this iceberg photo when the user clicks the hotspot or text box, and then highlight the under-portion when the user clicks a different area. I've got the hotspots covering it but can't figure out if it's a "lightbox" I want created or just a color "highlighting" the portion of the picture, or what to do. It's Slide 1.8 and I've made a "layer" slide for it and the information buttons are what the user is to click.

I think you just want a color highlight over a portion of the image, not a lightbox. You can do this by placing the highlight on a layer, or by changing the state of the image to include the highlight. Let us know if you need more help.
