Hello, is there a remedy to allow create a trigger to mark the course as complete and then route the user to a website? I would like to know if I could combine two actions (mark complete and website route) into one button. If not, is there something I can do to make this seamless for my users without clicking two separate buttons.

You should be able to do this in Storyline 360 - you will need to add 2 triggers to your button which should execute when the button is clicked.
1. Complete Course trigger
2. Open URL/file trigger
Make sure the Complete Course trigger is triggered before the Open URL/File trigger.
