UI_AdminFormTitle error / trial expiration

Hello,

I had downloaded S1 and S2 trials. S1 had 27 days to expire and S2 12 days to expire. I installed the new windows update and after two days, I tried to open S2 and S1 but I have an error message UI_AdminFormTitle error  and that the trial expired. Also, I have some s2 files which are crucial for a project that I have and I cannot find them in the folder and of course I cannot open them. Then I tried to insert my serial number into S1 but again I have this error message and that the serial key is incorrect.

Please help me to resolve this as those S2 files are crucial for my work and also both S2 and S1.
