I've tried from a blank slide and from the slide master and either way, when I get to the Format Background dialog box, the Fill tab is active and usable but the Picture tab is greyed out. I have followed these steps to no avail: Background Design in Storyline 360 - E-Learning Heroes (articulate.com)
Any idea what could be wrong? Screenshot attached. Thank you!
You'll need to use the 'Picture or texture fill' option in the Format Background window if you'd like to replace the white background of the slide with an image file.
