Hi Casey,

Thanks for letting us know that you're running into a similar issue.

We are looking into a specific issue with the seekbar specific to courses with a seekbar enabled, but the first slide has a custom feature that does not include the seekbar.

Does this scenario fit what you are seeing as well?

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Hello there, Janagiraman!

Thanks for circling back. I'm sorry I don't have an update to share on the issue Leslie shared as of yet, but we'll keep this discussion posted on any new developments!

For now, the workarounds are to either enable the seekbar on all slides in the course or use the player defaults.

The more examples, the better to help us identify the cause. We can appreciate confidentiality and are happy to sign an NDA if that works for you and your team. Just let Jopney know—the Support Engineer assigned to your case!

Hello!

We just released Update 38 (Build 3.38.21779.0) for Storyline 360 today!

In this update, we've included a fix for a recent bug where the seekbar and other player controls wouldn't work when the first slide uses custom features that does not include seekbar.

Make sure to update your Articulate 360 Desktop app to take advantage of the recent bug fixes and new features!
