I cannot sign in this morning, I get this error:

Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection.

Is there an issue with Articulate today?

Hi Megan!

So sorry you're having trouble logging into the desktop app! I'm here to help.

Are you running the program as an administrator? To check, right-click the Articulate 360 logo on your desktop—select Properties in the dropdown. Choose the Compatibility tab. Lastly, check the box next to Run this program as an administrator.
