This seems to be an issue with your `Learn More` rectangles. I`m not sure why these objects don`t fire the show layer trigger, but if I add a new button or a new rectangle and attach a trigger, they work.
I think I know what was wrong with the 'Learn More' rectangles. The hover states of these rectangles have wrong triggers. If you delete "hover" state and then add a new one, these rectangles will fire the trigger. My guess is for some reasons the hover state of one of these buttons got edits after adding the trigger. Screen shots of the problem are below.
