I've tried several times to import my PowerPoint slides into Storyline and each time it imports blank slides. I have the PowerPoint slides saved as "powerPoint Presentation (*.pptx). I've successfully imported other presentations, however this one isn't letting me view the content after it is imported. The PowerPoint and Storyline have both been recently updated.
Has anyone figured out the work around without having to submit files or submit a troubleshooting claim? I have to upload the ppt on one computer, transfer it to Storyline, save it, then upload it on my primary computer. I don't always have access to a second laptop and none...absolutely NONE of the items listed have worked on my primary laptop.

Same issue, tried everything listed everywhere I can find, including Storyline 360: Failed to Import PowerPoint Presentation.
