I was trying to install a previous version of Articulate Storyline (I'm currently using the 37-version but due to some issues with the video-export feature, I was trying out the 35-version -as suggested on this Community ;-)), but Articulate 360 refuses to perform the installation.
When I consult the diagnostics; I see the error-message I've placed in attachment. When I consult the log-panel, all I see is: Synch failed - parameter is not valid.
I haven't found a fitting solution on the Community, so here I am. Somebody knows what's up?
