I have had no problems updating in the past, but now I can't update anything unless I update the Articulate 360 first. But when I attempt to I get an error message. I have not other programs open when I try to update. Attached is the error message.

I would try restarting your machine to see if that stops the installer
I tried it after shutting down on Friday and tried this first this morning before I had anything open. It has never done this before with updates.
