Unable to Open Articulate 360/Windows can't find exe

Last week I wasn't able to open Microsoft Office. Rep told me to uninstall my 64 bit version and install a 32 bit version. That worked. Today is the first time since that that I've tried to run Articulate 360. Doesn't work. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. But I keep getting the message that Windows can't find Articulate exe. Please help!!!
