Unable to pause screen recorded video

I, as well as my colleagues have been having issues with an embedded video I put in my Articulate Storyline project. In this project, I created the video from the screen capture and set it to display on one slide to view all at once. However, once the project is published through the HTML output and is watched in a Chrome browser we have an issue where we cannot pause the embedded video. I emailed the Success Team and tried to solve the problem: I uploaded the project through Tempshare and have the most updated version of Flash, however nothing aided the situation and I still cannot pause the video. When I sent out the link to the Success Team, the link worked on their computer but it doesn't work on ours.

Please advise on some suggestions to solve this issue.
