Issues with Video and Audio once the file is published

I have posted a published storyline file to google docs.   The file contains slides with screen capture videos and separate audio.   When the version is published and shared, users experience issues with audio not working for the video Screen Record slides only.  (It will work if you click pause and then reclick play).

The issues that I experience when running it from Google docs are inconsistent, but there are always issues.  It starts fine...with sound :-)  However, if I click directly on the slides with video from the left side menu, sometimes they work perfectly, other times there is no sound (until you click pause and then play again).  Still other times I get the spinning wheel but the screen never loads.  If I access it from a different computer, the problem is not always the same, but there is always a problem once we get to the slides with video...

Please help. This issue was not experienced when I shared the original file with the SL team, however, as soon as the version is published and shared there is an issue.  (whether it is through google docs or a zipped file that is emailed).  Is there a technical specialist to escalate this to?   This is a follow on request to  #00768902
