Unable to Preview or Publish Course

Hello, 

I am experiencing an issue with previewing the entire course and publishing my file. I continue to receive the "something went wrong" message. My file is not corrupted; however, these features aren't working. I updated Articulate 360 as well as Storyline 360 as well and I am still experiencing the issue. 

I am able to preview a slides as well as scenes, but not the entire project. Can someone please help me with this as I am on a tight deadline. I racked my brain all day yesterday trying all of the options I've discovered here in the community, but nothing is working. I am unable to share the file as it is a government compliance course and I am not allowed. 

The options I've tried are: 

  • Confirmed that I was working locally (and I have been the entire time)
  • Saving the course as a template and changing the extension back to .story (no luck)
  • Saving the file under a new, shortened name (no luck) 
  • Updating Articulate 360 (no luck) 
  • Updating Storyline 360, nice triggers update (but no luck) 
  • Importing the slides into a new file (no luck) 
  • Copying and pasting the slides into a new file (no luck) 
  • Using previous version of file (no luck) 

I'm really hoping someone can help me! This is very frustrating. I spent hours looking for solutions to no avail. It seems that there's an update in the middle of every single one of my projects and then these issues arise.

Thank you for reaching out! It looks like you have done quite a bit of troubleshooting here. Let's see if we can help get you back on track! 

Since Storyline 360 isn't working correctly, a simple repair usually fixes the problem. If the issues continue to persist afterward, we have a great resource with additional troubleshooting steps here
