I recently started using Storyline 2 and created 3 lectures. The problem is that I am unable to preview any slide or project. Every time I attempt to preview I get an error message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but that did not change anything.
I was able to preview my projects on a friend's laptop but not on mine.
It turned out that Flash player was not installed properly on my laptop, which caused the preview to fail. This it what I found out after I contacted Articulate support, and they suggested I install it through a different browser. I had previously installed it through Firefox, so I installed it again through internet explorer, and was finally able to preview my project.

Hi Chighaf!
I'm assuming if you were able to preview on another computer, then you know to follow the instructions found here.
It sounds like it may be limited to your computer, so I would advise completing the repair stated in this documentation.
Thank you Leslie,

I hope others can benefit from this experience.
