Unable to preview work in articulate 360

Hi
I'm not able to preview any of my work in Articulate 360. When I first attempt to preview, either the slide, scene or entire project, I receive a message telling me a problem has occurred to send a message explaining what I was trying to do. After I've sent my response, the module remains stuck trying to generate a preview until I click cancel. If I then try and preview again, nothing happens.
I have closed and reopened Articulate and I have restarted my machine.
Is there a known problem today?

Hi Rebecca
are you working from your local drive? If so, and the issue is still happening - try a repair of Storyline.
