unable to publish Mar 09, 2020 By Heather Cutler I have been having a problem publishing my course. When I click on Publish, it does not open. Is anyone else having this problem today?

Are you able to preview this project prior to publishing? Does the issue happen in any course you are working on or just this particular one? If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed. If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.
