Hi Sathya! If you are only having trouble with this one file, you may want to import into a new project to see if that helps. Did you record the audio in Storyline or did you import it? Did you try to create a new slide and re-import the audio?
Leslie - I found that compressing the audio file and adding it to Storyline solved the problem. Storyline is not able to handle big audio files - not sure what the technical issue is maybe you guys can check it out and come with a solution.

I imported the audio into Storyline.
