Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are running into when publishing your project.
Did you intend to share your .story file so that we could take a look?
If you cannot share it here in the forums, then with your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
We have a current issue that we are currently investigating specific to courses getting stuck during the encoding process. Is this what you are running into as well?
I'm also having these issues now. The issue seems exclusive to mobile. When I move on to the next slide, the slide won't progress (I get the three dots of death...)
Anyone else had this issue and know the solution?
I've tried adding a "stop media" trigger to the next button, but still doesn't work

Hi Leslie - I have opened a support ticket, thanks.
Thanks, Fazzi.
I'm not seeing it at a quick glance. If you have the case number, I'd be happy to follow along.
Hi, I have the same problem as Fazzi. Would you be able to take a look at my project and see why it is getting stuck?
Thank you!
Hi Noelle,

If so, the current workaround is to install a previous update, Update 35:
Let me know if this works for you as well or if you're running into a different issue.

Hi Todd!
I see that you've submitted a support case and working with my teammate, Bang!
Great call. I'll keep an eye on your case to see how it progresses!
