Unable to track complete status in LMS

Mar 18, 2019

Hi,

I am developing an e-learning course and there is multiple quiz assessment for 2 different audiences. There is one slide at the beginning of the assessment that asks the user to select one of the assessments applicable to them.

Now, in the LMS my course is showing incomplete even after passing the assessment and completing all the slides.

Can anyone please suggest how can I fix this issue.

I have attached a few screenshots for the reference.

Hi Ashley,

I changed it to the number of slides now. Previously, it was tracking by Quiz and LMS was not reflecting complete status. I am wondering if this is happening because of multiple quizzes. I do not see any option if learner takes either one of the quizzes and still able to see a complete status in the LMS. Please assist how can I fix it?

Hi Umesh,

Thanks for the additional details. You are correct. You will need to specify which result slide to track.

Storyline lets you track a course either by the number of slides viewed or by a single quiz (result slide). Tracking both measurements or multiple quiz scores for the same course isn't supported. However, you may be able to track more than one SCO (shareable content object) in a single course using one of the methods in this article.

We have another article with some ideas that you may want to check out as well.

We are also tracking a feature request for some additional functionality around branching quizzes and I will add this conversation to the report.

Hello Umesh,

Great news to share with you today! We just released another update for Articulate 360, and included a new feature:

Expanding tracking within your Storyline 360 courses. You can read all about it here! You'll now be able to utilize:

Take a look at downloading and installing Storyline 360 Build 3.44.23192.0. Details here.
