I've created a presentation on Articulate Storyline to be showcased on iPAD, but although it has all the functionalities i want, it doesn't zoom in more than once (x1). The resolution used to create the presentation is 1024x768. One of the requirements of this project is it should zoom in to at least x4. Please advise.
Thanks so much Justin! Your reply helped...to convince my boss
Would you know of any other app other than Articulate Storyline that will have the same features but will zoom in as well? The course I built was primarily on Flash for big-screen presentations but now it requires to be on iPAD, that's why the hunt for options.
I have a follow-up to your comment that the Mobile Player can only zoom once. For clarity, this means that if I have a slide that uses the zoom to move back and forth between 2 characters on a slide - it won't work in the Mobile Player because that has more than one zoom region?
I think we're talking about two different things, Jamie.
I understood that Preethi was hoping to be able to use the iPad to zoom in and magnify an image up to 4x its original size, and I do not see specific support for this within Storyline.
On the other hand, it sounds like you are talking about placing multiple zoom regions on one slide and viewing the desired output on an iPad. This should work fine, as exemplified by this content being played within this screencast:
In fact, now that I think about it... Preethi, perhaps you want to consider playing with Zoom Regions to see if this satisfies your requirements. This may be exactly what you were looking for!
Please let us know if you need anything else. Thanks!
*whew* I was scared when I first read the multiple zoom comment. I thought multiple zoom regions on one slide was ok and it's good to here that hasn't changed. One of my colleagues is in development using multiple zoom regions that will be going to the Mobile Player so I had a mini freak out.

Good Afternoon Preethi, and welcome to Heroes!
The Articulate Mobile Player is built to zoom only once, but this would make a good feature request!

Good Morning, Preethi
I'm not aware of a competitive product to Storyline that offers or exceeds our mobile capabilities, but I may not be the right guy to ask.
Perhaps you could ask your question in a more impartial LinkedIn Discussion Group? This one seems to be pretty active.
Please let us know if you need anything else. Thanks!
