Undefined file

Hi all,
I built the course in storyline2 and there are multiple screens and slides in this course and published as LMS, when i launch this course in browser where flash is not installed it loads the HTML version of this course (using scorm cloud) after few screens, i got this exception "http://cloud.scorm.com/content/courses/SD4rft6Yop/FUND_REVENUECYCL*********-****-****-****-**********/4/mobile/undefined" and after this exception the course is unable to move forward. Can anyone help me out why i am seeing this exception, I am trying to dig this out for last 2 days without any success.
