I have a template which is showing that one of the slide layouts is in use on one slide. It is not in use and seems to be a "hanging chad." How do I fix this?
Maybe it's being used by a quiz question? I've had that happen. Try inserting each slide of your course into new course, one by one to see if you can narrow down which slide it is? Did you by chance start this course using another course as your template? Too bad Storyline doesn't show which slide is using a specific slide master, like PowerPoint...
