Unsupported Video Format

Hi! I am getting the following error message when attempting to insert a video file:

However, I was able to insert .mp4 file prior to that. I would also like to point out that this particular file is 2.0 gb large.

Any recommendations? Thanks!

I also use Handbrake to convert video files - it's also free and pretty easy to use. You may want to take a look at it here: https://handbrake.fr/
