Unwanted display of file folder information when published to LMS

Jun 05, 2014

When moving from publishing our Learning Modules from SCROM 1.2 to 2004 we picked up a display problem that presents the file folder information in the upper right corner of the browser.  See attached screen shot.

We are using Corner Stones LMS.  We made the move from 1.2 to 2004 becuase the quiz results were not being picked up by the LMS.  The LMS is now picking up the quiz results, but we now have the display of unwanted information.

The unwanted information prevents the player image from going to max size when you expand the view window.

Have you seen this problem before and any suggestions on how to eliminate the unwanted information

Hi Merritte,

I have not seen that before - and am curious if there is additional information about your file being shared with CornerStone since you're using the SCORM 2004 output and that it's a display setting within CornerStone? Do you see it in all browsers or just IE? You may also want to try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for testing SCORM Content, to see if it displays there as well. If not, then I'd suggest reaching out to your CornerStone team about what settings you need to change or where that information is being pulled from.
