I've been avoiding the player nav buttons because of the inability to change their appearance while a slide is running. From the list of issues addressed in update 3, "Fixed issue where Prev/Next buttons would display when disabled". Does that mean you can now hide the buttons until a task has been completed? Or is it referring to something else?
I believe the fix you're referring to was put in place for a an issue where the buttons would show up, even if they were disabled in a slide. This isn't a feature enhancement.
The one you're looking for has been a popular request, however. Have you had a chance to submit a feature request yet? If not, you might want to consider sending your suggestion over to our development team.
So you can have the Prevand Next buttons hidden or shown per slide through the slide properties, butyou can’t change the slide properties with triggers, is that right?
Correct. You can modify the button visibility through the slide properties, but not through through triggers or layers. For something like this, you'd need to use custom navigational buttons, which is probably what you're currently using :)
