Update and Content Library

Dear Articulate Team!

I cannot update Storyline 360, tried multiple times, different days, still no success. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, because this is my first time using Articulate, but within Storyline i cannot download the caharacters or insert Templates it's throwing errors as well.

Could you help me?

Since you're having trouble accessing features that require Storyline 360 to connect to Articulate's endpoints, please ask your Network Admin to add all of the endpoints listed in this article to your organization's allowlist:
