Several of our ipad's that currently hold the articulate app found that when the app was updated the course material was no longer able to be accessed. What can be done to retrieve the story line?
When the app is opened it opens to a black screen.
The few users who we've heard about this issue from were able to refresh everything by rebooting their iPad and then the courses were accessible again. Please let us know if you're unable to access information after checking into that.

Glad to hear things are back in order - updating the iOS forces a reboot, so that solves it as well.
