I would like to know, if there is a possibility to change a slide of a screencast without building the objects on this slide new.... like triggers, text boxes, click actions, audio and so on. For example the software is updated a little bit and I don`t want to make the whole screencast new, I only like to change the image / the backround - the content of storyline stays the same. I`m thankful for help!
If you only need to update one or two steps, you can start a new recording, and insert the new step-by-step slides into a new scene. After that, you will want to click and drag only the slides that you need into the original step-by-step scene.
If you need to update all of the steps, it may be best to record everything from scratch. You'll still be able to copy/paste objects and triggers from the original scene to the new scene, which should save some time.
