Update not recognizing copy of Storyline

I am trying to install the latest update to Storyline and I am getting the following error:

Had same problem. Support told me to uninstall SL, the download and install the update. I did and it worked.

Thanks for the response. I downloaded the zip file and ran the exe file as the administrator. It worked.
