I have downloaded the upgrade to be able to open Storyline since Adobe's Flash upgrade but it will not finish installing for me. Does anyone have this issue as well? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks!
I am having the same issue. I was told to contact the Sales Dept. because it will not accept my original activation code. I've not heard back from them yet.
Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the update only and not the whole package as shown in this link. Do I need to download and install Storyline again from scratch?
Thanks for the reply. I just upgrade to version 2 so I think my activation code is good. I have also submitted a help desk ticket. Still waiting for their reply as well :(.
