Hello. So we are trying to upgrade all our Storyline 2 files to Storyline 3 files. But we have noticed that when we preview/publish the Storyline 3 file-- the font is skewed/messed up. See attached.
What do I need to change/edit/update? It looks fine when I am in Edit mode, but when I preview or publish the font gets messed up.
(Within the Player-- the Player Font is already set at what it should be.)
Hi there, Kia. It looks like all the punctuation characters are displaying improperly. Can I get a copy of your backup SL2 version of that file? Also, what font are you using?
We are using Source Sans Pro. I could attach, but the content is not something I could share in a public forum as it is related to child abuse topics. What would you need to see that maybe I could screenshot for you?
