Upload Articulate Storyline as a SCORM on Moodle

That sounds like a configuration issue with your Moodle server - nothing to do with SCORM or Articulate. You could try asking for help in the moodle.org community forums or contact whoever manages your Moodle hosting for further help.

I typically see that particular error when people move their Moodle sites from one server to another but don't copy over all the moodledata files to the new server correctly.
