In regard to the upload of content, I have compiled the content for web and uploaded it to our server (NOT LMS) but when I run story.html the content appears but images are all missing?
Thanks for the link - it looks like you're using Storyline 360 Update 26 to publish this course - do you only see the missing images in Chrome? That was an issue fixed recently as you'll see noted here.
So far, we haven't been able to recreate the issue in Storyline 360 on our end after the latest updates. It would be a huge help if you could share a few slides with our team so that we can take a look!
