I am currently UAT Testing a storyline file in an LMS. After going through the course and closing the course out, It is showing up as a fail and is not allowing me to complete the incomplete course. It goes stratight to my transcripts as a fail when I didn't even finish the course. Any ideas would be great!
By the way, we changed the program files priorto uploading the file onto the LMS...
I'm not familiar with the Saba environment, but did want to point you to this post about troubleshooting common LMS issues. So you'll want to check all your completion settings as described there, and you may also want to test it in SCORM Cloud to see if it's something specific to Saba.
Based on some other threads (and this one) it seems there are some specific nuances to Saba. If you're able to replicate the completion issue within Scorm Cloud and you've checked all your completion settings (including the ability to resume before finishing) please share your .story file with us here.
