Uploading Zip file Articulate using a Mac

Hi everyone, I’m trying to export a course from articulate as a xapi zip file using a Mac but articulate just downloads as a folder and not a zip file.

When I then try to zip on a Mac to upload to my LMS via Tincanny plugin the file is not recognised.

Is this a common problem?

I'm happy to look into this with you!

First, we have these best practices for using Articulate 360 on a Mac. No matter the virtual environment, there are some good tips to keep in mind, such as:

  • Check that all the default Windows folders reside in the Windows environment, not the native Mac environment
  • Save and publish Articulate projects in the Windows environment, not the Mac
