I'm petty new to the Articulate storyline, After watching the video, I was about to insert characters and captions but all the tabs are grey. I am not able to do anything on the page at all, please I need urgent help.
Are you in Story view or Edit view - look at the tabs at the top if you are in Story view some of the tab options will be greyed out, you need to click on one of the slides to go into edit view (there will be thumbnails of each slide in the left hand column) and then you click on one of those slides.
