Urgent - I can't find content on my account!

Hi, 

Someone on my team uses storyline 360 and they left the company. I am now overseeing this. I logged into her previous account that is set-up with a team email address and team password so I figured I'd have access to everything she created in Storyline 360 but I'm not able to find anything saved. I need to edit an e-learning and I can't find the e-learning saved. Is there anyone who can help? Thank you so so much!
