Urgent question regarding to cmi.core.lesson_status, please help!!

Hi, I recently built a project in Storyline 360 (27 slides with 5 quizzes in between, nothing fancy) and it works flawlessly in the scorm cloud testing platform, and in my client's server plays fine until it gets to the last slide were it has to give us the grade of the quiz and send the info to the scorm player (then it stalls as if there was no communication with the scorm player). My client tells me that their SCORM player (V1.07, because they don't have an actual LMS) expects only the cmi.core.lesson_status as passed or completed to finalize successfully the course, but even though I'm publishing to scorm 1.2 I can't seem to find the cmi.core.lesson_status text on the scorm cloud's sandbox registration state, I only find cmi.completion_status: completed. So my question is... Could it be that the course is stalling because it can't find the cmi.core.lesson_status text and instead it finds cmi.completion_status and it can't recognize it? I hope somebody can help me out with this because I'm quite desperate!!
