Help! I used the FTP option to upload a video short course from story line to my windows server but there is no launch button, I read somewhere about a public folder but not sure how to create one. The html codes on the pages, there's no launch button like chrome and the website doesn't recognize the content.
Please let me know how to launch the site from the server.
Hi Roma! Have you checked out this tutorial on how to upload published content to a server? There's a screencast in it that you may find to be a great resource, it was created using Studio '09 originally but it applies to Storyline 2 as well. If you're unable to use the Articulate FTP feature, there's also a section on the bottom of the tutorial that details how to accomplish this using an third party FTP client. Hope that helps! :)
Thanks for responding. Yes I did come that far. All the files are uploaded on the server but they are all code, no launch buttons and the url is not picking it up.
While combing the posts, I saw something about creating a public folder..I know the public folder is on my moodle site but not sure how to create one that points to the website.
Hi Roma- You may find this thread to be of assistance in regards to uploading to Moodle, specifically David's response. Otherwise, I'll have to defer to the community for insight. Hopefully someone more fluent in Moodle will be able to pop in and assist! :)
