Using Articulate 360 Trial on Microsoft Surface Tablet

Hello:

I am looking for assistance in using an Articulate 360 Trial on Microsoft Surface Tablet. It will allow me to put in my sign-in credentials but once I click on the 'Sign-in' button it stops there. This is a newer Surface Tablet.

I have tried it on a MacBook and am unable to download any software to practice as it works better through Windows.

  • Any specific errors you might see after clicking the sign-in button.
  • What browser you're having this issue in, and have you tried logging in with other browsers.
  • Confirm the email address you're trying to log in with.

Hello Becca, 

Sure, I will open a case and share with the above details:

  • After clicking the sign-in button nothing happens. It looks like it tries to process the request. Although I get a faint circle with a line through it.
  • I have tried the browsers: Edge, Chrome, and Firefox
  • The email address is Team@PeopleStoriesCharity.org

Let me know if you need more information.

I will try to use the link for Working on a Mac.
