Howdy. I'm creating animations in GoAnimate, exporting them as .mp4 files, and then importing then into Storyline 2. All the animations play accurately in when I preview as single slides. When I preview the entire course, some - not all - of the animations experience slight sound distortion in the first fraction of a second during playback. Anyone found a fix for this?

I've shortened the course and the glitch is still happening. It's clearest
when the 'correct' feedback for question 2 plays. Hopefully, at 3.4 MB,
this one will get through.

Thanks for sending over your file! I'm hearing the same thing, but I don't see anything in your file that would cause that to happen. I'm going to open a case for you so our Support Engineers can weigh in. They'll be in touch shortly!

Cool idea Brian! We definitely want those videos playing smoothly.
Are the videos triggered to play automatically or on-click? Do they play when the timeline starts?
If you could you share your file, or even just a sample slide, that would be helpful!
Hi.
They are triggered to play automatically, when the timeline starts.
The audio irregularities happen in the transition between the slides Q1 and
Q2Set, and then in the correct and incorrect feedback slides for Q2.
Thanks,
Brian French

I did attach one. It was 10.6 MB. Would that have been a problem?
